3. Client Engagements
All client engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms apply in addition to any such agreements. In the event of a conflict, the Service Agreement prevails.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, designs) is owned by The Art Marketing Agency and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Creative work produced for clients is subject to the intellectual property terms defined in the applicable Service Agreement.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.
5. Consultation Requests
Submitting a consultation request through our website does not create a binding agreement. It initiates a conversation about potential collaboration. We reserve the right to accept or decline any engagement at our discretion.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services are defined in individual Service Agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by French law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Art Marketing Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or campaign details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
